Shipping policy

There is a $6 shipping fee for orders over $99. $9 shipping for orders under $99.

Shipping:  Orders received by 2:00PM EST will ship out within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Customers should expect to have their shipment arrive within 4-6 business days from shipment date. 

We are not responsible nor offer compensation for delayed shipments due to inclement weather, Interruptions of service by the USPS, Acts of God, Acts of Terrorism or unforeseen events out of our control. 

There is not a shipping charge for special event tickets sold on Shop Crystal. Please use your order confirmation email as proof of purchase to present at event check in; a physical ticket will not be mailed to you.
