Each Retail Shop Voucher is valid towards the purchase of one item. Vouchers are not valid in combination with any other promotions or discounts when redeemed. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No cash value.
Crystal Mountain gift cards are valid at all Crystal Mountain owned outlets, including Lodging, Golf, Lift Tickets & Rental, Retail and Restaurants. They can only be redeemed onsite at Crystal Mountain; they are not redeemable for online purchase.
Gift Cards are not able to be redeemed at outside vendor businesses such as the Waffle Cabin or Food Trucks. They also cannot be used to make purchases on any of our ecommerce stores. The value of the card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, damaged or used without owner's consent. Treat this card as cash. Card expires 5 years after activation.
